Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up to 8 calendar days prior to the event or ship date. Cancellations prior to that time will be charged a $5 processing fee, assessed to cover payment-processing fees billed to us. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by mail, fax, or e-mail. Phone cancellations are not permitted. We will send you an email confirmation of your cancellation for your records. If an event is cancelled by FMA, registration fees will be fully refunded. FMA will only be responsible for the registration fee. Additional expenses, such as travel and accommodations, are the responsibility of the attendee.

Discounts
Due to the very low event prices, no additional discounts of any kind are available.

Audio and Video Recording
No cameras, video recorders, or audio recorders are permitted at this event.

Smoking Policy
The event location is a non-smoking facility. No smoking will be permitted anywhere within the areas allocated to this event.

Photo Release
Photographs taken by FMA at this event may be used in promotional materials. By attending this event, you grant your permission for use of your likeness in these materials.
