Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made until May 1, 2007. Cancellations prior to May 1, 2007 will be charged a $5 processing fee, assessed to cover payment-processing fees billed to us. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by mail, fax, or e-mail. Phone cancellations are not permitted. We will send you an email confirmation of your cancellation for your records. If the workshop is cancelled by FMA, registration fees will be fully refunded. FMA will only be responsible for the registration fee. Additional expenses, such as travel and accommodations, are the responsibility of the attendee.

Discounts
Due to the very low registration price of $25, no additional discounts of any kind for this event are available.

Registration
At our current rate of registration, it is likely that this event will reach maximum capacity by the end of April. Please check back periodically to the Workshop page for information before attempting to register. Once we reach teh limited capacity set by the event location, we cannot accept additional registrations. If seats remain on the day of the event, please remember that walk-up registration will be $40 and CASH ONLY. Just as with the low pregistration fee, we set the walk-up price to a minimal amount to cover additional day of event expenses. Bring two twenties, and you won't have to wait for change!

Audio and Video Recording
No cameras, video recorders, or audio recorders are permitted at this event.

Smoking Policy
The event location is a non-smoking facility. No smoking will be permitted anywhere within the areas allocated to this event.

Photo Release
Photographs taken at this event may be used in promotional materials. By attending this event, you grant your permission for use of your likeness in these materials.

Privacy
Plain and simple, we hate spam. We will never share your personal information with any third party without your express consent. (You will have to opt-in for any contact benefits.) We won't even contact you regarding our own products and services without your consent. (Again, you will have to opt-in to be contacted, including the peer/employer connect feature.) That's it.
